Easy Supply LTD (trading as Easy Supply, company number 16202697) is a United Kingdom supplier of food packaging and disposable products. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

This statement is published voluntarily in the spirit of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Although our current annual turnover falls below the £36 million threshold that makes a statement legally mandatory, we believe that every business has a moral responsibility to combat slavery and human trafficking. It sets out the steps we take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains.

We operate a strict zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking in every form.

Easy Supply LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and trading premises are: Registered Office: Flat 200 Edinburgh House, Edinburgh Gate, Harlow, CM20 2TJ, United Kingdom — Trading/Warehouse: Unit 6 Marshall Paving, Cattlegate Road, Enfield, EN2 9ED, United Kingdom.

We sell food packaging, catering disposables and related consumables to businesses and consumers across the United Kingdom through our website and warehouse operation. Our workforce is based in the UK, and all our staff are engaged in accordance with UK employment law, including the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage requirements. We verify the right to work of every employee.

Our supply chains consist principally of manufacturers, importers and distributors of packaging and disposable goods, both within the UK and overseas. We recognise that supply chains in the manufacturing and importing of consumer goods can carry a higher inherent risk of labour exploitation, particularly at the raw-material and production stages.

We seek to build long-term relationships with reputable suppliers who share our values. Where practicable, we favour suppliers who can demonstrate their own compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and internationally recognised labour standards.

We operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we conduct business in an ethical and transparent manner:

• Anti-Slavery Policy — reflecting our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships.
• Recruitment Policy — we use only reliable recruitment methods and verify the identity and right to work of every worker.
• Whistleblowing Policy — encouraging staff, suppliers and others to report any concerns about the conduct of our business or supply chains without fear of reprisal.
• Supplier Code of Conduct — setting out the standards we expect of those we do business with.

As part of our efforts to identify and mitigate risk, we carry out due diligence on new and existing suppliers. Our approach includes:

• Assessing the modern slavery risk associated with particular products, sectors and geographies within our supply chain.
• Reviewing suppliers' own policies, statements and labour practices where available.
• Prioritising engagement with suppliers who are willing to work transparently and improve their practices over time.
• Reserving the right to terminate our relationship with any supplier found to be in breach of our standards or applicable law.

We expect every supplier, contractor and business partner to uphold the same standards we set for ourselves. In particular, we require that they:

• Do not use or tolerate any form of forced, bonded, indentured or involuntary labour.
• Do not use child labour, and comply with all applicable minimum-age laws.
• Ensure all workers are employed voluntarily and are free to leave their employment.
• Pay at least the legal minimum wage and provide lawful working conditions.
• Comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and all other applicable laws.

We ask suppliers to cascade these expectations to their own supply chains.

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, we provide guidance and awareness materials to relevant members of staff, particularly those involved in purchasing and supplier management. Staff are made aware of the indicators of modern slavery and know how to escalate any concerns internally.

We encourage all staff, suppliers, customers and members of the public to report any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking connected to our business or supply chains. Reports can be made in confidence to [email protected] or by telephone on +44 7956 786011.

All reports will be treated seriously and, where appropriate, confidentially. No individual acting in good faith will suffer any detriment as a result of raising a genuine concern. This statement is published voluntarily and is approved by the directors of Easy Supply LTD. It relates to our current financial year and will be reviewed and updated annually to reflect changes in our business, our supply chains and best practice.
