Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

1. Scope & Acceptance

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the terms on which you may access and use the website, online store, accounts and services operated by Easy Supply (Easy Supply LTD, company number 16202697) at easysupply.co.uk (the "Site"). It applies to every visitor, registered account holder and customer.

This AUP forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where there is any conflict on matters of acceptable use, this AUP prevails.

By accessing or using the Site, you accept this AUP in full. If you do not agree with it, you must stop using the Site. We may update this policy from time to time (see the Changes section), and continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

2. Who Can Use the Site

To register an account, place an order or use our interactive services, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract; and
  • Providing accurate, current and complete information about yourself or the business you represent.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to our terms. The Site is intended for users in the United Kingdom; if you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply to you.

3. Account Responsibilities & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping it secure and for all activity that takes place under it. In particular, you agree to:

  • Keep your login details, password and any verification codes confidential and not share them with anyone.
  • Use a strong, unique password and enable any additional security features we offer.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access, loss of credentials or other breach of security.
  • Ensure the information on your account remains accurate and up to date.
  • Not transfer, sell or allow anyone else to use your account without our permission.

We may suspend or disable your account or credentials if we reasonably believe you have failed to comply with this AUP or that your account security has been compromised.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with this AUP. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
  • Place fraudulent, speculative or false orders, use stolen or unauthorised payment details, or engage in payment fraud, chargeback abuse or money laundering.
  • Access, index, scrape, harvest or extract data from the Site using any robot, spider, scraper, crawler or other automated means without our written consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site, except to the limited extent the law allows.
  • Introduce or transmit any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, ransomware or other malicious code, or upload material that is technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it, or breach any security or authentication measure.
  • Overload, flood or impair the Site, including through a denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack.
  • Misuse promotions, vouchers, discount codes, referral schemes or loyalty rewards — for example by using codes you are not entitled to, creating multiple accounts to claim offers, or exploiting pricing or system errors.
  • Misrepresent goods on resale, pass off our products as your own where prohibited, or make false claims about origin, certification or suitability of products bought from us.
  • Infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party, including by copying Site content, images, descriptions, branding or data without permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including Easy Supply or its staff.
  • Harvest or collect personal data of other users, or use the Site to send unsolicited marketing (spam).

You must also comply with any additional rules we publish for specific services or features. Breaching this section may be a criminal offence under laws including the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we will report suspected offences to the relevant authorities.

5. Prohibited Content

Whenever you submit content to the Site — including reviews, ratings, questions, messages, images or any other upload ("User Content") — it must comply with the law and with the standards below. User Content must not:

  • Be unlawful, or promote or facilitate any unlawful activity.
  • Be defamatory, knowingly false, deceptive or misleading.
  • Be obscene, sexually explicit, indecent or offensive.
  • Be threatening, abusive, harassing or invade another person's privacy.
  • Be hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or any other protected characteristic.
  • Infringe any copyright, trade mark, database right, confidence or other intellectual property or right of any other person.
  • Contain spam, advertising, chain letters, or unsolicited promotional material, or link to external sites in breach of this AUP.
  • Contain other people's personal data without their consent, or impersonate anyone.
  • Give the impression that it comes from us if it does not.

Reviews must reflect a genuine, honest experience of a product or our service. We do not permit fake, incentivised-but-undisclosed, or competitor-planted reviews.

6. Reviews, User Content & Licence

You retain ownership of any User Content you submit, but by submitting it you grant Easy Supply LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual and transferable licence to use, store, copy, adapt, publish, translate and display that content in connection with the Site and our business, including for marketing.

You confirm that any User Content you submit is your own or that you have the right to grant this licence, and that it complies with the Prohibited Content standards above. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any loss or damage resulting from it.

We do not routinely check User Content before it is posted and we are not responsible for it. However, we reserve the right (but are not obliged) to review, moderate, edit, refuse or remove any User Content at our discretion — for example if we believe it breaches this AUP or the law, or following a complaint. We may also disclose your identity to any third party claiming that content you posted infringes their rights, or to law enforcement, where legally required.

7. Interactive Services & Conduct

From time to time we may provide interactive services such as live chat, enquiry forms, comment or Q&A features. Where we do, we will give you clear information about the service and any moderation available. We are under no obligation to moderate interactive services, and any moderation we do provide does not make us responsible for user conduct.

When using any interactive service you must be courteous and lawful. You must not harass, abuse, threaten or deceive our staff or other users, send spam or repetitive messages, or use the service to circumvent this AUP. We may withdraw access to interactive services without notice if you breach these rules. We recommend that minors who use any interactive service do so only with the supervision of a responsible adult; however, our services are intended for users aged 18 and over.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources or services provided by others (for example couriers, payment providers or social media). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, products, policies or availability of those third-party sites.

A link does not imply that we endorse the linked site. If you follow a link away from the Site, you do so at your own risk and should review that site's own terms and privacy policy. You must not link to our Site in any way that is unlawful, damages our reputation, or falsely implies association or endorsement without our prior written consent.

9. Monitoring, Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to monitor use of the Site and to investigate suspected breaches of this AUP. We may cooperate with, and disclose relevant information to, law enforcement authorities, regulators or courts where we are legally required to do so or reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent harm or fraud.

Where we determine, acting reasonably, that you have breached this AUP, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including:

  • Issuing a warning to you.
  • Temporarily or permanently removing User Content you have posted.
  • Restricting, suspending or terminating your access to the Site, your account, or specific features.
  • Cancelling orders and refusing to supply current or future orders.
  • Taking legal action against you, including seeking recovery of costs and losses.
  • Reporting the matter to the police or other appropriate authorities.

The actions above are not exhaustive, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

10. Consequences of Breach & Liability

Failure to comply with this AUP constitutes a material breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the actions set out above. You agree to indemnify us against any loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) we suffer as a result of your breach of this AUP or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment as a result of your use of the Site or of your downloading content from it or a linked site. Nothing in this AUP limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this AUP at any time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal and regulatory requirements. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.

We encourage you to review this page from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Site.
