1.Delivery Coverage
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Our standard service is Two Day Parcel delivery for eligible destinations.
Some remote areas (including but not limited to Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland) may have extended transit times and/or different service availability depending on courier coverage.
2.Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on your order value:
- Orders under £100: £4.99 delivery charge
- Orders of £100 or more: Free Delivery
We may update delivery charges from time to time. The shipping fee shown at checkout at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
3.Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Cut-off time: [Insert Cut-off Time] (UK time). Orders placed after the cut-off time may be dispatched the next business day.
Dispatch confirmation and tracking details (where available) will be sent by email.
4.Delivery Timeframes
Two Day Parcel means the courier aims to deliver within approximately two working days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Courier delays can occur due to weather, peak periods, network disruptions, or other events outside of our control.
5.Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missing recipient, or refusal of delivery:
- the order may be returned to us,
- you may be charged for re-delivery,
- any courier return costs may be deducted from your refund (where a refund applies).
6.Damage, Shortages & Delivery Claims
You must inspect your order upon delivery.
Any damage, shortage, or incorrect items must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of:
- outer packaging,
- shipping label,
- damaged goods / issue, and
- all items received (for shortage claims).
Claims reported after 48 hours may be rejected where it is not possible to validate courier responsibility or stock discrepancies.
7.Parcel Handling & Safe Place Instructions
If you provide “safe place” instructions or authorise delivery without a signature, the parcel will be considered delivered once the courier records delivery.
We recommend using a secure address for deliveries, especially for business customers.
8.Risk & Title
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Title (ownership) remains with EASY SUPPLY LTD until full payment has been received in cleared funds.
